Hocks (or shanks) are the lower meaty portion of the hogs legs (not the feet). Because they are smoked and have an abundance of connective tissue, hocks provide rich, smoky flavor that is ideal for thickening and flavoring soups and stews. Smoked and vacuum sealed in apx. 2½ lb. packages.

NEXT you will select how you would like to receive your order. If you select Pick Up: You will pay the balance for your total order upon pick up from Harvest Village. If you select Shipping (available to the lower 48 states). You will be billed for USPS Priority Mail shipping at checkout. You will be mailed an electronic invoice for the remainder of your balance, plus any additional shipping and handling. Shipment will be made the first Tuesday after our bank receives your payment.
